MOST COMMON ISSUES WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT onto

FROM  YOUR  DESKTOP:

1.)  NOT USING THE CORRECT BROWSER:

a.)  You MUST use the following web-based browsers in order to connect onto

             Live Video Telehealth:

*Google Chrome (recommended)*

Safari

Firefox

b.)  Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge will not work under any circumstances,

              for example:

 

 

2.)  NOT ALLOWING CAMERA AND/OR MICROPHONE IN YOUR WEB BROWSER POP-UP.  

3.)  Browser settings will need to be adjusted to ALLOW if the camera or microphone was       not allowed access, for example:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FROM  YOUR  CELL PHONE:

 

iPHONE Users MUST USE SAFARI:

    1.)  From your settings menu, go to Safari

    2.)  Scroll down to "SETTINGS FOR WEBSITES"

    3.)  Under Settings for Websites, choose "Camera" and select ALLOW
